Individuals holding temporary positions of over 6 months in duration are eligible to apply for transfer. Individuals in temporary positions who are regular employees and hold a regular position in that classification or are applying for a lower-level classification in which they have previously held a regular position (voluntary demotion) are also eligible to apply for transfer.
